Full-time Work
WIZCORE, Inc. is a manufacturing AX (AI Transformation) company that connects design, engineering, and operations data to enable autonomous manufacturing through Physical AI. I own platform engineering across the company's web services, including cadian.com, accounts.cadian.com (SSO), drive.cadian.com, converter.cadian.com, mypage.cadian.com, help.cadian.com, wizcore.ai, and the CMS that powers them. I also build the internal packages that standardize logging, telemetry, auth, and design system libraries across those services.
- Proposed and led the schema and API redesign of the storage platform, replacing recursive tree traversal with the materialized path pattern. File-tree API latency fell from 120 ms to 40 ms as O(n) round-trips collapsed into single O(log n) queries.
- Migrated 11 GB of production MongoDB to PostgreSQL through a custom ETL pipeline with zero data loss and no downtime, cutting join-heavy query time by ~60% and moving the ORM from Mongoose to Prisma for reviewable migrations.
- Eliminated recurring "missing file" support tickets with a transactional outbox that keeps PostgreSQL state and object storage consistent under partial failure.
- Unified Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive behind one interface using a Strategy and Factory provider pattern with standardized error handling.
- Built the DWG, DXF, and DGN conversion service on a Redis queue with webhook callbacks and adaptive client polling, plus a WASM viewer that renders drawings in the browser.
- Cut server request volume by ~95% by serving responses from cache, with on-demand revalidation that invalidates only the affected entries on publish so new content ships immediately.
- Migrated the company CMS from a form-based workflow to a visual live-site editor, where administrators select and edit website text directly in the rendered preview.
- Stood up a private npm registry with semantic versioning and access control, and moved 8 production services onto shared logging, telemetry, and auth packages.

Lovet is SYFM's pet care platform connecting pet owners with grooming and boarding stores. I owned product development end to end across the API, the cross-platform app, the admin console, and the AWS environment.
- Built a 93-endpoint NestJS API over 29 PostgreSQL entities and one Expo codebase shipping to iOS, Android, and web, serving both the pet-owner and store-partner experiences through role-scoped route groups. Delivered to 50+ beta testers through TestFlight and Play Internal Testing.
- Designed a dual-access media system: public store assets stream from CloudFront, while pet photos and medical records are released only as 15-minute SigV4 pre-signed URLs, and the S3 bucket policy independently refuses CDN reads outside public prefixes.
- Cut image bandwidth by ~60% with a Lambda@Edge origin-request transformer that renders AVIF at three responsive sizes and 720p H.264 video on first request, then serves every later hit from an immutable edge cache.
- Codified the whole AWS environment, from a three-zone VPC to RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFront, and Route 53, in six CloudFormation and SAM templates, cutting deployment from 2 hours to ~20 minutes with immutable, zero-downtime releases.
- Removed database credentials from the system by moving RDS to IAM authentication with short-lived signed tokens, and generated JWT signing keys in Secrets Manager at stack creation.
- Built an audit trail that records every insert, update, and soft delete on opted-in entities with the acting account, IP address, and changed columns, surfaced in a React Admin back office for the support team.
- Modelled entities on time-ordered UUIDv7 keys with optimistic locking and soft deletes backed by partial unique indexes, so concurrent edits collide loudly and deleted records keep their history.
- Modelled store booking rules as data, covering pet weight bands, breed allow-lists, same-day toggles, four consent-form types, and a price matrix across breed group and booking type, so stores configure their own terms without a release.
- Implemented OAuth with Google, Apple, and KakaoTalk behind a single provider interface, live chat over Server-Sent Events with unread counts, and FCM push across six notification categories with per-account opt-outs.
- Built GPS walk tracking that records a live route at five-metre resolution with photo and marking points of interest, persisted as PostGIS geometry.
- Built Korean search that folds Hangul to compatibility jamo before matching, so partial-match autocomplete works for Korean users over a breed catalogue of 133 entries seeded from Wikidata and Korean Wikipedia.
- Made integration testing cheap by running the suite on PGlite, an in-process PostgreSQL engine, with factories for every entity, and gated every build with lint and tests in CodeBuild pipelines, including a signed Android release.

soff.uz is Uzbekistan's first intellectual property trading platform for digital products, courses, and creative assets. I led architecture for the seller-facing marketplace and the internal CRM.
- Led architecture and full-stack delivery of the seller portal serving 1,000+ vendors managing listings, fulfillment, and revenue analytics, with Payme and Click payment integration sustaining 99.9% uptime.
- Introduced Docker blue-green deployment behind Nginx with health-checked rollouts and instant rollback, taking releases to zero downtime and making mid-day deploys routine.
- Cut p95 query latency by ~300 ms by profiling production workloads, reading query planner output, and redesigning composite, covering, and partial indexes across 10 relational tables.
- Reduced the frontend codebase by 34% by migrating to Feature-Sliced Design, cutting cross-feature coupling and making 20+ screens maintainable by a growing team.
- Raised the Core Web Vitals and SEO score from 71 to 89 through lazy loading, image optimization, and structured data, lifting organic search visibility by ~40%.
